Prof. Vogel is Chair of the Information Systems Department at the City University of Hong Kong. His research is in Group Support Systems, Business Process Improvement, Executive Support Systems, Technology for Learning Environments, Electronic Commerce and Virtual Organizations. Doug's publication list is rather lengthy and covers significant areas in business applications of e-Commerce such as virtual organizations, technology support for learning and decision support systems.
